The role involves leading compensation and equity-related workstreams for M&A transactions, advising on compensation-related disclosures, and driving legal workstreams relating to CrowdStrike’s equity plans.
Requirements
- J.D. and bar admitted with 7-10 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a public company
- Deep technical expertise in executive compensation and global equity programs and associated M&A, disclosure and compliance workstreams
- Meaningful experience working on complex cross-border M&A transactions
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with a "no task too big or too small" attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish strong working relationships and drive alignment across a broad range of internal stakeholders with competing priorities
