As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike is looking for a Sr. Manager, Marketing Technology to lead the modernization of their marketing technology stack, migrating digital properties, overhauling the Customer Data Platform, and implementing a new Digital Asset Management system. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or IT, who can optimize current technology investments, integrate new applications, and boost marketing efficacy across various audiences, functions, and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or IT with a focus on marketing platforms and tools
- 5+ years of experience of managing, leading, mentoring & growing global technology team
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM Site, AEM Assets, Analytics, Target, Launch, Multi Site Manager, CDP etc.)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Adobe Document Cloud
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to completion
- Experience assessing value-effort-timelines tradeoff & make prioritization decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Proven track record of implementing new marketing technologies and achieving measurable business results
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
