Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on SEA Specialist who takes our in-house B2B lead generation to a higher level, working independently to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and collaborate with teams to improve strategy and campaigns.
Requirements
- Daily management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns
- Critically reviewing existing campaigns and implementing improvements
- Signal problems and independently solve them, proactively inform stakeholders
- Collaborate on landing pages with specialists to maximize conversions
- Identify the direct needs of the target group and signal trends and opportunities
- Analyze data and translate insights into further teams to improve strategy and campaigns
- Perform small analytics tasks: Check GA4, track conversions, and review attribute models
- Monitor competitors and ensure that Crowe Peak stands out in the market
- Report on results and translate budget back to B2B lead output in collaboration with sales
