We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Aftermarket Sales Representative (ASR) to join our team. The ASR will be responsible for generating service and parts business by building relationships with new customers in an assigned territory.
Requirements
- Manage customer accounts and their requirements effectively.
- Develop new service and parts business within the assigned territory through cold calls, service presentations, and follow-ups on leads.
- Process customer orders courteously, efficiently, and timely.
- Respond to sales leads within the agreed KPI timeframe.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log all customer interactions.
