We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Aftermarket Sales Representative (ASR) to join our team, responsible for generating service and parts business by building relationships with new customers in an assigned territory.
Requirements
- Manage customer accounts and their requirements effectively.
- Develop new service and parts business within the assigned territory through cold calls, service presentations, and follow-ups on leads.
- Negotiate tailored service and training agreements with existing and new customers.
- Process customer orders courteously, efficiently, and timely.
- Respond to sales leads within the agreed KPI timeframe.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log all customer interactions.
