Field Service Lead Technician

We are seeking a knowledgeable customer-focused auto, diesel, aircraft, or forklift technician to join the Crown team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Communicate daily with Service Customer Care, Dispatcher, and Field Service Manager to determine work schedule.
• Train, motivate, and monitor job performance of Field Service Technicians.
• Inspect repairs and scheduled maintenance. Ensure safety practices. Review paperwork and timecards.
• Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair lift trucks.
• Perform operator training or train the trainer at customer locations.
• Pick up parts and replenish van inventory. Perform minor repairs and service to the van.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
