We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across our QLD & NT Branches. You'll work closely with Branch Managers to deliver initiatives that drive performance, build capability, and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements
- Partner with leaders to deliver effective people solutions that align with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, performance and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
