We are seeking an influential HR Business Partner to support the delivery of both strategic and operational HR outcomes across our corporate functions. Based in our head office, this role will partner closely with senior leaders to provide expert HR advice, drive workforce planning, and lead people initiatives that support business performance and growth.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
- Experience within construction, engineering, or a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and complex people issues
