We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our NSW team based in Sydney. This is a hands-on partnering role where you'll work closely with operational leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support across a diverse and fast-paced industrial environment.
Requirements
- Partner with leaders across multiple sites, acting as a trusted adviser, coach and facilitator on people matters
- Provide proactive ER/IR guidance, supporting leaders to effectively manage their teams
- Drive talent, succession and development initiatives to build capability across the workforce
- Support and embed change initiatives, helping leaders navigate and lead through change
- Contribute to key HR projects and strategic initiatives aligned to business goals
