Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Typing speed 40 wpm or higher preferred
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
• Intermediate computer experience (Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.)
• Functional ability and intermediate competency in math
• Strong ability to multitask. Sense of urgency and deadline oriented.
