Job Description
Manage and provide technical oversight of emergency response and recovery programming, ensuring high-quality implementation and delivery of benefits to the poor and vulnerable. The position is based in Pemba, Mozambique and is for 6 months, contingent on donor funding.
Requirements
- Manage planning, strategy, and implementation of emergency response and recovery activities
- Supervise team, manage talent, and ensure staff safety and security
- Promote MEAL and knowledge management, and represent the organization with donors, INGOs, and local government and community actors
