Assists guests at the Guest Services Desk, focusing on non-English speaking groups and individuals with special needs. Reports to Guest Service Supervisor daily. Requires high levels of customer service and product knowledge to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
- Intermediate to Advanced English (verbal and written)
- Intermediate to Advanced verbal and written level in at least one other language (German, Spanish, Russian, French, or Italian)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Micros, and Fidelio Cruise
- At least 1 year of management experience in Hotel and/or hospitality establishments or Guest Service related positions on board ships
- Two-year Associates degree or equivalent in Public Relations and/or Hotel management
