Research & Development Chef

Under the direction of the Director of Research & Development, the R&D Chef will execute daily tasks to elevate current recipes or bring new concepts to life. Responsibilities include documenting developments, testing desserts, and adhering to Crumbl Standards.

Requirements

• Ability to hear and execute a new idea or concept
• Knowledge of baking and dessert recipes
• Document and note developments and projects
• Assist testing team and product management team
