Job Description
LifeSpice Ingredients is seeking a Research Chef to join its team in River North. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing dry seasoning blends for industrial customers, staying current on emerging foodservice trends, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Culinary degree from an accredited culinary school
- 3+ years of culinary experience
- Direct experience in meat/protein applications or industrial seasoning development is highly preferred
- Multitasking and ability to manage a high volume of projects at once
- Certification as a Certified Research Chef (CRC) is a plus
