Associate Engineering Manager

Crunchtime is seeking an Associate Engineering Manager to join their Connex product development team. The ideal candidate will manage a small engineering team, act as the primary interface with customers, and collaborate with product managers to ensure the team is building the right solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a software developer building production systems
• 1+ years managing engineers or acting in a technical lead capacity
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and system behavior
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage external customers and internal engineering teams
• Ability to prioritize across multiple work streams and manage conflicting demands
