As an Engineering Manager at Crunchtime, you will be responsible for managing 1-2 teams of engineers, working with Product Management to balance feature development and technical debt, and enforcing high standards for software quality. You will also be expected to lead design reviews, maintain tight feedback loops with customers and quality teams, and facilitate discussions to remove blockers and keep the team moving towards sprint goals.
