Job Description
Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns and operates each layer of the stack. They are looking for a Construction Manager to oversee all phases of construction, including site development, structural/base building, MEP systems, and interior build-outs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years in construction management
- Experience with large commercial/industrial projects
- Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam
- Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills
