Crusoe is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience and expertise in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of roles across G&A
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 4+ hires per month)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
• Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
