Crusoe is seeking a driven and adaptable Senior Generalist Recruiter to support hiring across multiple business functions in Tel-Aviv, Israel. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical teams, partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract top talent in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business roles in Israel
- Deep expertise in sourcing passive talent (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, local tech communities, employee referrals, sourcing tools, etc.)
- Experience hiring in fast-growth startups or scale-up environments
- Strong understanding of Israeli compensation trends, equity norms, and negotiation best practices
- Proven ability to manage high hiring volume while maintaining quality and speed
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously
- Data-driven, using metrics and market insights to shape hiring decisions and strategy
- Experienced in working with ATS systems and structured interview processes
