Job Description
Crusoe is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist III to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and contract management, with experience in sourcing and securing materials, equipment, and services for large-scale capital projects. The role will involve negotiating and executing contracts, managing suppliers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in direct procurement roles
- Proven experience in purchasing equipment for large-scale capital projects in the Data Center or Power Generation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Contract redlining experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
