Crusoe is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead workforce development initiatives, designing and implementing a comprehensive technical training program, and providing hands-on training to employees on manufacturing processes. The role will have a direct impact on employee retention and engagement, ensuring our teams have the expertise to maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Extensive manufacturing experience, at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proven experience in a training or leadership role
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work strategically across all manufacturing and corporate functions
