Job Description
The company is seeking a Global Head/Director of Account and Liquidity Management to own and scale the company's liquidity ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role responsible for onboarding and managing relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, and strategic partners across all major regions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, liquidity management, prime brokerage, or market-making
- Demonstrable track record of onboarding and managing relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, or prime brokerage clients
- Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity, and exchange infrastructure
