The Global Head/Director of Account and Liquidity Management will own and scale the company's liquidity ecosystem, onboarding and managing relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, and strategic partners across all major regions. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, liquidity management, prime brokerage, or market-making ā with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrable track record of onboarding and managing relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, or prime brokerage clients.
- Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity, and exchange infrastructure.
- Strong existing network across institutional trading firms, market makers, OTC desks, and/or traditional finance counterparties.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage multi-stakeholder relationships at C-suite level.
- Exceptional analytical skills ā comfortable working with trading data, liquidity metrics, and P&L attribution.
- Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions (APAC, EMEA, Americas) with sensitivity to regional regulatory environments.
