Job Description
This role is the Lead Application Support role for the Oracle Flexcube core banking environments, encompassing administration, support, and optimization across development, UAT, and production systems. The role ensures system stability, performance, and compliance while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. It involves liaisoning between IT and Business, resolving issues, and leading a support team.
Requirements
- Administer and maintain Flexcube environments.
- Ensure smooth execution of EOD/EOM/EOY processes.
- Monitor system health, perform capacity planning, and manage backups and disaster recovery.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate system upgrades.
- Collaborate with users and IT helpdesk.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL standards.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance.
