Job Description
This role focuses on leading the support and maintenance of SWIFT messaging and payment systems, ensuring high availability, compliance, and performance. The manager will provide L1 and L2 support, liaise with internal teams, and manage vendors, incident resolution, and system audits. This position also supports API onboarding and ensures service improvements.
Requirements
- L1 and L2 support for SWIFT applications and interfaces
- Liaison between tech and business teams
