Job Description
Assists the General Manager or Store Manager in achieving sales goals, store operations, and staffing and performance management of retail employees. Inspires customers on their culinary journey and supports training and coaching of employees.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of progressively responsible retail management experience
- Prior experience as a Sur La Table Store Floor Lead, preferred
- Experience driving sales and motivating high performing sales teams
- Experience training others and holding teams accountable
- Proficient in POS Systems
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
