Culinary Lead (Sur La Table)

Sur La Table offers a unique opportunity for a Culinary Lead to inspire customers on their culinary journey, drive business results, and manage culinary employees. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of kitchen operations experience, a culinary degree or equivalent experience, and strong teaching and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Model and direct employees to ensure customer service standards are met
• Deliver and hold employees accountable for an exceptional cooking class experience
• Maintain proper storage, prep, and service procedures
• Ensure all food items are cooked and served at the correct temperature
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to culinary employees
• Partner with Resident Chef, HQ Culinary Team, Human Resources, and other departments
