Job Description
Sur La Table is seeking a General Manager to lead high-performing retail and culinary teams, drive business performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or culinary retail environment, and a proven track record of achieving sales and motivating high-performing sales teams.
