Job Description
Backcountry is seeking a dynamic Seasonal Retail Gearhead to join their retail team for the holiday season. This part-time role involves providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and assisting customers with outdoor gear and apparel needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor activities and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
