Director-Client Management, Fund Accounting

The Director-Client Management, Fund Accounting role will oversee the North America Client Services teams, leading a group of experienced Directors to achieve outstanding client service delivery, consistent team performance, and maximum productivity while meeting revenue targets. The role will also work alongside peers to support and manage client relationships, operational efficacy, staff resources, system implementations, and other business unit goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance; MBA preferred
• Experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting
• Proven inspirational leader and manager of people
• At least ten years of industry experience with a proven track record of streamlining and improving a service operation
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Project management experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proactive and dynamic personality
• Industry compliance experience a plus
• Investor Services experience a plus
