Senior Corporate Secretarial Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary - Senior Administrator to manage offshore company secretarial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing administrative support to maintain the smooth operation of our offshore entities.

Requirements

• Degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years company secretarial experience in corporate services, professional firms, or offshore service providers
• Strong communication and client‐facing skills; able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Experience with entity management systems such as ViewPoint
