Job Description
The Engineering Manager leads and oversees the development of SaaS products, managing a team of engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role involves project leadership, team management, reporting, risk mitigation, and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years in leadership or management role
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Experience in leading, managing, and scaling engineering teams
- Technical background in software development (ideally hands-on SaaS product building)
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, C#, and Python
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Understanding of how to design and develop from a security perspective
