Job Description
The Engineering Manager for Platform is responsible for leading a team in developing and maintaining the company's SaaS products. This role focuses on project leadership, team management, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring high-quality software delivery and a productive work environment. The company is a cloud-native legal solution company.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- Experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with cloud-based technologies
- Experience in leading, managing, and scaling engineering teams
- Skills in API and Data Model Design and Implementation including how to scale out, make highly available, and map to storage systems
- Hands on experience with Kotlin, Java, C#, and Python
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of security design
