Job Description
The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth in the legal technology industry, specifically within the Ediscovery and SaaS space. This role involves managing a territory, developing sales plans, exceeding targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The Executive works within a corporate legal department and law firm, contributing to DISCO's expansion and innovation.
Requirements
- 3+ years sales experience
- 2+ years in a field sales role
- Experience managing a territory and developing account relationships
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Experience selling to the legal industry
- Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to communicate value propositions
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM software
