Business Consultant

Business Consultant Senior uses product and industry knowledge to assist customers in solving business problems and analyze business requirements. The role requires domestic and/or international travel up to 20% and a deep understanding of business models within telecoms, cable and media verticals.

Requirements

• Apply business acumen, technical, and declarative skills to quickly assess, diagnose, and design digital monetization solutions
• Facilitate and guide customer workshops through the discovery process to understand their pain points and define business configuration
• Document user-centered requirements relevant to achieving the customer's goals and objectives
• Translates business requirements to technical requirements while balancing them between what's technically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable
• Collaborates with the project solution architect to create the Blueprint Document as part of the customer's initial onboarding process
• Assist in the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria for each functional business requirement
