CSG is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide level 2 technical support for CSG products, resolving technical issues and error conditions reported by customers and internal stakeholders. The role involves monitoring and triaging incident and service request queues, analyzing application behavior, and collaborating with Level 3/L4 teams on complex issues.
