Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Civil Construction Estimator to lead complex tenders while playing a key role in project planning and execution. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects and work closely with operations to help ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of civil construction estimating experience
- Proven ability to lead complex bids independently
- Strong experience with municipal or public tendering environments
- Background in civil infrastructure, site development, or parks projects
- Proficiency with HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, and risk management
- Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills
- Experience working closely with both estimating and operations teams
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field is an asset
