Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare, care coordination, or case management
• Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid California driver’s license and active auto insurance
• Strong commitment to reliable attendance, especially during the first 90 days
