Job Description
Salud Para La Gente is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support the delivery of effective and efficient healthcare visits, coordinate patient paperwork, and manage provider patient panels and registries.
Requirements
- MA certificate required with AA degree preferred; OR AA degree required with MA certificate preferred
- Experience working in a clinical setting with technicians, nurses, and physicians
- Bilingual, Spanish/English required.
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems, patient scheduling and billing systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Knowledge of health systems and processes.
- Valid CA Driver's License and current vehicle insurance; must be able to travel between sites.
