Apartment Maintenance

Maintain the overall condition and cleanliness of the maintenance shop and residential property, including executing preventive maintenance, completing work orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Attention to detail, customer focused, and ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment
• General computer experience
• Current and valid driver's license with safe driving record
