The Senior Director of Safety Operations is responsible for the safety framework on the At-Risk side of the business, as well as safety focused training and development, transformation, contractor/pre-qualification enhancement and working with execution and project teams to ensure all CSM employees are familiar with and accountable to best safety practices.
Requirements
- 4 Year College Degree in Safety, EHS, Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering (or equivalent field experience)
- 10+ years field experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite of products: Outlook, word, excel, project, power point
- Desired Certified Safety Professional (CSP) [via Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP)], minimum ASP Associate Safety Professional with intent to achieve CSP
