Office Coordinator - Onsite

The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily office operations with a range of administrative duties, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk operations
• Welcome guests and team members
• Coordinate meeting space logistics
• Oversee procurement and replenishment of workplace and breakroom supplies
• Initiate and track facilities service requests
• Partner with external service providers and building contacts
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping needs
• Assist with onboarding logistics
• Liaise with property management
• Assist in planning and executing internal events and company initiatives
• Promote clear, consistent communication across teams
• Perform additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
