Job Description
We are looking for a Global Commercial Lead Marketplaces (m/f/d) to report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer in Solingen and drive global transformation and commercial growth worldwide. The ideal candidate has convincing communication skills on an international level and strategic expertise in the online marketplaces segment.
Requirements
- Definition and development of the global Amazon and marketplaces strategy
- Setting up global frameworks, tools and processes for cross-regional coordination
- Consultation on Vendor-/Seller-/Hybrid models and their impact on profitability
- Cooperation with regional management to check performance and ensure strategic alignment
- Function as a strategic sparring partner to the CCO, leading a small team
