Requirements

• Hardware control, verification of functioning, diagnosis, and final state assignment of incoming HW.
• Preparation, configuration, update, and egress of requested HW according to procedure and SLA.
• Installation and update of operating systems.
• Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment (HW and SW).
• Active participation in the coordinated inventory control by the asset manager.
• Order, control, and distribution of HW in the warehouse. (Approved by the Asset Manager).
• Management, follow-up, and reporting of repairs by external entities.
• Generate a 'pre stock' of cloned equipment to cover possible contingencies/emergencies.
• Maintenance and update.
