Job Description
We are looking for passionate professionals who want to join our #TeamCTL as Technical Support. We offer technical support to users in person and remotely, installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, and management of incidents and requests through ticketing tools.
Requirements
- Technician in PC repair
- Installation and maintenance of operating systems
- Knowledge of ticketing tools
- Analysis of failures in microelectronics (PC, notebooks, printers, etc.)
- Knowledge of deposits and logistics
- Knowledge of quality standards
