Job Description
As an integral member of our billing team, the Billing AR Specialist for Patient Accounts will manage both inbound and outbound customer service communications, ensuring exceptional service standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of experience in billing and collections, specifically with Medicaid and Commercial insurance plans
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Experience in data entry
