We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to help shape and scale our People Team's engine from the ground up. This role will involve designing and documenting scalable hiring processes, standardizing workflows, and building a structured, data-driven recruitment function.
Requirements
- Currently based in Thailand with a deep understanding of the Thai and SEA talent landscapes
- Full professional fluency in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
- 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for high-growth tech roles
- Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes independently
- Hands-on experience with Workable or a similar ATS
