HR Project Manager

As an HRPM, you'll shape Cubic India's people strategy, collaborating with business leaders and HR COEs to deliver data-driven, agile, and aligned people initiatives. You'll lead the execution of HR initiatives, analyze workforce trends, and recommend targeted interventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 6–8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP or HR project management role.
• Strong background in managing HR programs, change initiatives, or transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes (performance, engagement, talent management, employee relations).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization preferred.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile HR, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Proficiency with HR systems (Workday preferred) and MS Office tools.
