The ServiceNow Senior Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, advanced configuration, stability, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role acts as a technical platform owner, ensuring ServiceNow aligns with business processes, governance standards, and enterprise architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform components (workflows, Flow Designer, scripts, ACLs, update sets).
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and enterprise service management concepts.
- Experience administering or configuring the ServiceNow platform, with handsāon focus on CMDB / Configuration Management.
- Experience supporting multiple environments and coordinating platform releases.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- 7+ years of handsāon experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment.
- Masterās Degree is a plus.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, or enterprise rollouts.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- Experience acting as a technical lead or platform owner for ServiceNow preferred.
