Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor, you will provide bespoke and informative consultations to clients, helping them discover or design their dream pieces, whether in person or through online consultations. You will assist clients in selecting jewellery, offer personalized advice and education, guide them through the customization process, and prepare independent custom quotes.

• High attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences
