Client Advisor

We are seeking an eager and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at Cullen Jewellery in Melbourne. As a Client Advisor, you will provide bespoke consultations to clients, help them discover or design their dream pieces, and build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the premium jewellery or retail industry
• High attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and processes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
• The right to work in Australia
• Capacity to work on the provided roster consistently
